Low quality service. Always delays and reschedule. New liner start peeled out after one year. Guys stopped responding.

Rob and his team did a fantastic job for us. They completely revamped our pool and surrounding area. It wasn't just the Liner they did, they completely redid the 30yr old coping and poured new attractive concrete round the surrounding area. The before and after is like night and day.
They did more....they did numerous repairs around the area, including a broken water pipe that could have done no end of damage had they not detected it coming from under the existing deck. Rob recommended someone to us to demolish & rebuild a very old fashioned poorly built sunroom. The finished new sunroom is really beautiful and matches our new pool perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone and can't speak highly enough about Rob and his hardworking team.

In a very difficult time of COVID-19-induced shortages, Niagara Pools went beyond our expectations in remodelling our inground pool with moulded steps and installing a new liner, not once but twice. Through no fault of their own, a new defective leaking pool liner 2 months in the making was quickly replaced with another one in less than a week. Rob’s installation duo was polite, hard-working, and to the point when recommending needed repairs to our 37 year old pool. Great job guys! Thanks again.

Rob and his crew have been fantastic! We had our pool liner replaced and our pool closed by Niagara Pools. Rob did an excellent job. Having been Pool owners for many decades, we can honestly say we are quite familiar with the various types of Pool Service available. There is no Company that has the level of experience, professionalism and knowledge than Niagara Pools of which it's owner Robert George takes great pride in. I have refereed them to other pool owners who also agree and have opted to use Niagara Pools for all their pool needs including repairs and newly built pools. There is no one who is more honest, caring, integral, dependable and reasonable than Robert George is about his customers.
