Calob was very professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed our AC problem quickly. He was concerned about our safety because he found that our AC leak was causing ice to build up and then melt and drip into our furnace which could have caused even more damage that would need repaired. I'd recommend him and Dor-Mar to anyone who needs HVAC work.

I have a puppy. The guy pulled in my drive way and left because the dog was out. He didnt even try to get out of the car, nor did he notify me that he was in my drive way. Had I known he was on my property, I would have put the dogs up. Very poor communication. Very sorry excuse to get out of work!

We waited over a half day for them for a plumbing emergency (no water!). When i called 15 min after the time they cited on the phone theyd arrive, answering service called me back. They then pushed the appointment back until tomorrow. Will never rely on them again.

Was able to get a different company's plumber here in less than a half hour who charged in total less than half the price of Dor-Mar's $350 weekend minimum rate (pre-assessment).
