I had to move six years ago to doral Florida with my Linn LP 12, select DM, speakers, and recently needed a repair of this SM. I was not a client of front row and thanks to John, Chris, and today Ryyan will treated me as if I had been a lifetime client very professionally. I’m very personal. I recently purchased a Luxman 509z integrated amplifier and a pair of Fyne F1-8 speakers from Front Row Theater in Florida. My sales advisors were Al Mandel and John Marrero were amazing. They made every step of the purchases as smooth as possible. I traded in my amp and preamp and speakers. The new equipment was delivered and my older gear picked up no sweat. A few days later Al came by to check that everything was installed properly. Al was extremely patient with me and my wife when we visited the show room. We were debating on the correct speakers to choose. I highly recommend Front Row and both John and Al for high end audio purchases. Robert

I wanted to take the time to thank Matt from Front Row Theater with an issue I was experiencing with my AV system. For some unknown reason I wasn't able to access my Hotwire cable via my Control 4 system remote...very frustrating especially for my wife that has little patience. Matt was extremely thorough to ascertain the problem after troubleshooting different scenarios. He explained everything he was doing and did resolve the issue along with reprogramming my remote and Sony TV.

He checked out all my equipment and recommended to update my power supply to accommodate all the assorted components I have to ensure I will have no issues in the future.

I would highly recommend Front Row Theater for any and all your AV needs.

What a incredible experience this was. I am always leary of salesperson selling you merchandise that you know they are reciting from a script and don't believe in, that all changed the minute I walked into Front Row Theater.. Not much to look at from the outside located in an Industrial park walking in was like crossing over into something truly surrealistic and and the staff were all down to earth and you can immediately tell this was going to be a very different experience.

I met with John one of the managers who you kind of felt like you knew for years.
Instead of the usual monologue I was expecting John was asking me questions of what I was looking for I could tell he was interested in what I wanted, I also felt zero pressure if I decided to leave without buying anything it would be alright. John narrowed it down to two receivers one a Sony and the other an Anthem. I decided to go with the Anthem and John gave me a great price on it.

I left very happy with my purchase and I really liked the staff all I can say the staff were cool and so down to earth and you can feel that they believe in the products they are selling.

So today was installation day with my best new bud
Matt in all my years of having equipment installed Matt has to be on the top of my list. He explained everything he was doing, very methodical in the way he set up the system in his own way stopping to explain the hows and whys. I liked that he took that time with me and two hours later I had the most amazing sounding Anthem MRX 1140 4K! and my sound system has never sounded clearer or with so much power.
If you have any audio visual needs this is the place to go. What an amazing experience from beginning to end.
Side note
I would be remiss if I didn't mention the owner Chris comic book collection throughout the store absolutely incredible!
That alone in worth the visit.
