Frank and his team did an awesome job. Frank was very responsive and ensured that the install was completely correctly and to his standards. Great customer service. The team of 2 did a great job. Frank and his team responded to my request for help to fix my garage right away. The day after I texted, his team member came and not just fixed my garage door by replacing the cracked spring, he showed me how to properly maintain my garage doors to prevent or at least minimize the risk of it happening again. I also was told that I have a 5-year warranty on parts and 1 year for the workmanship. I would highly recommend Garage Doorman.

I had hesitated to have my garage door looked at and fixed due to potential costs of the repair. Chris and a new associate came to look at my garage door and fixed it quickly. Both were very kind, respectful and explained everything thoroughly to me. The repair took no time at all and the door is functioning well. Chris took time after the repair to explained what was repaired, in detail, answered my questions and offered advice on parts that needed some TLC in the spring. I spoke to Frank afterwards and he was warm and caring. Everyone was so good to me. Cost was reasonable. Service was outstanding. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

We had Garage Doorman come install our new garage door opener, weather stripping and new wheels. They were so good to deal with on every level. Chris came over to install and was great, the owner Frank was a pleasure to deal with, and the receptionist who answers their phone is absolutely delightful. An easy 5 star review, highly recommend them.

I had to leave a review today as I couldn’t close my garage door and wasn’t expecting same day service with a reasonable price! Extremely happy and highly recommend them! My doors are working perfectly now and the guy came on time and was impressed with the knowledge and the follow up phone call at the end of the day to see how it went! Unprofessional and Dangerous Driving

I encountered one of this company’s vans today, and the driver’s behavior was extremely unsafe. The driver was smoking inside the work van — I could smell it from my own car — and then aggressively cut me off by forcing their way across the soft median near the Rousseaux exit with no signal and no space.
It wasn’t just risky, it was dangerous.

After that, the driver tailgated the car ahead of them for the entire length of Rousseaux Street until I eventually turned off. The driving was hostile, impatient, and showed no regard for anyone else on the road.

If this is how they behave just getting from one job to the next, I would not trust them to act professionally on my property. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I posted a request a couple weeks ago on Facebook looking for garage door company recommendations. Garage Doorman was suggested a couple times. We got 3 different quotes. We decided to hire Garage Doorman, not only for the cost but Frank the owner was knowledgeable and friendly. The reviews here helped with our decision too. We could not be happier. The new garage door is amazing. Not only for curb appeal but for functionality. We also got a new garage door opener which they installed too. We had a couple small issues after the install but Frank and his team were there within 24 hours or less to rectify the issues no questions asked. Go with them, you won't be disappointed.
