I rarely leave reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one.

What started as a simple order turned into quite the adventure when my package went missing. None of it was Charm Optical’s fault, yet Moe treated the situation as if it were his own problem to solve.

Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated, answered every email with kindness, patience and honesty, and never once made me feel like I was just another customer. Instead of pointing fingers at the shipping company, he focused on finding a solution.

When my replacement finally arrived, I was blown away. Not only were my Ray-Ban RB4472 sunglasses absolutely perfect, but they had also included several thoughtful extras that I wasn’t expecting. That small gesture said everything about the kind of company they are.

I’m actually a vocational teacher in sales and customer service in Québec, and I will genuinely be sharing this story with my students as a real-life example of outstanding after-sales service. Selling a product is one thing. Standing behind your customer when things go wrong is what creates loyalty, trust and lifelong customers.

The owner was very attentive, listened to all of our requests, and made sure we were happy with everything. Navid, Moe, and Dr. El Mustapha are all wonderful people. They provide excellent customer service and patient care. At my age, it is recommended for me to have progressive eyeglass lenses but due to having a huge difference in prescription on both eyes, plus astigmatism, I am able to “get away” with wearing single vision lenses. Navid let me know that wearing progressive will take a long adjustment particularly as it would had been my first time had I decided to get them. Navid also said he wasn’t going to push me to get progressive lenses, but rather what I was comfortable with wearing, which I truly appreciated.
