Since the new ownership took over, there has been such a positive change at this facility. You can truly see and feel that they care. They’re making real improvements to both the look of the building and the level of care, and the atmosphere feels much more like a family now.

The new Director, Darlene, has been wonderful. She has an open-door and actually takes the time to talk with you, listen, and address concerns; something that was really missing with past management. That alone has made a huge difference.

While I do miss seeing some of the staff who are no longer here, it’s still comforting to see familiar, friendly faces taking care of my loved one. As we know, staff turnover is a very real and unfortunate thing in Healthcare, and the one downfall here is that I have seen quite a bit of it. However, I did find out during my weekend visit yesterday that some of the old managers, Brooke and Ryan are still around, and continue to have a positive feeling after a lengthy conversation with Brooke.

Communication has improved greatly, and the monthly family meetings are a great way to stay informed and feel included. We have also been provided with personal cell phone numbers for everyone from the managers of the building to the VP of Operations for the company. They have made family members feel comfortable enough to reach out to any of them at any time, and not feel like a burden. Overall, it’s reassuring to see things moving in such a positive direction, and I can only hope it continues.

The place looks great we’re loving all the new improvements!!! The meals are well portioned and great tasting my mother says 10/10!!
The care staff here is amazing and very attentive, patient, friendly!!
you all are very much appreciated as my mother can be a bit much.. Also a special thank you to the NEW management team for helping my family with providing such great care of our mother!!

I’m very impressed with Bridgeway Park Assisted Living in Lansing and the leadership team that runs it. Executive Director Darlene is exceptionally helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. She is easy to communicate with and consistently makes herself available, which speaks volumes about her dedication and approachability.

What truly stands out at Bridgeway Park is the management team as a whole. It’s not uncommon to see members of leadership out on the floor, interacting with and assisting residents, not because they have to, but because they clearly care. That kind of hands-on involvement creates a warm, supportive environment and shows that resident well-being is more than just a job here.

The community itself has undergone numerous renovations and upgrades, and it really shows. The building looks refreshed, welcoming, and well cared for. It’s clear that Bridgeway Park is invested not only in high-quality care and leadership, but also in creating a pleasant, comfortable space for residents and staff alike.

Overall, Bridgeway Park Lansing reflects strong leadership, compassionate management, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way.

I am impressed with Bridgeway Park management and the leadership of Darlene the Director. My mother lives at memory care, and has been at this facility for a year and a half.
When we moved my mother in it was under the former management company (Brookdale). Right off the bat we saw many turnovers with management, nursing and kitchen staff, each bringing new and unwelcome struggles. My sisters and I had talked many times about moving mom, the only thing that kept us there were some of the truly amazing care workers who treated her like their own grandmother. I’m very glad we hung on as Bridgeway Park management and the director Darlene have changed things for the better.
Darlene is very easy to talk with and is available and responsive. She has brought in some wonderful caregivers and retained the best that stayed.
It’s also refreshing to see the upgrades and renovations currently going on to the building, this company cares about the residents, their well being, and also their physical surroundings.

I was very leary about this new management company, but I can admit when I was wrong. I loved the capable staff from before, and these staff are wonderful too. With the new management things are more organized, more visual staff and a great line of who does what with no holes. Darlene was the one who had the most to prove to me and she really is quite amazing. Her people around her work as a great team and she is always right there for a question or to solve an issue. She really respects the staff and holds them to a higher standard. Her relationship with family and loved ones is great. There is never a time she is not available, and she conquers issues quickly and easily.
Brooke is always available to show you the beautiful and caring home that will become your loved ones home. She is knowledgeable and so very kind. There are many new individualized activities and services. The aides are just super. They treat residents like their elderly loved ones. The Chef is so creative with good meals full of nutrition.
Bottom line is they have won me over and are continuing to prove it everyday.

This place has had such great improvements. I was greeted with such kindness the minute I walked into the door. There are always things going on in all different areas of the community to keep the residents busy and having fun! Bridgeway Park will make you and your family feel welcomed and special.
