I brought my new to me 2013 BMW M6 in for an oil change, a couple small issues and overall inspection. As someone who has always serviced my cars myself, my first BMW sent me for a loop when doing a simple repair. Was able to bring it here and they had the problem diagnosed within an hour, part took 2 days to arrive, and had it done before noon of the day they told me it would be ready. Great service with excellent communication, and even will give you a complimentary loaner vehicle.

We recently bought a car in NC to use while there on vacation. Of course our 2017 Audi had many hidden issues. Living in California we needed a reputable repair shop to repair and maintain our vehicle. We couldn’t be more pleased that we discovered East Coast EuroWerks. The guys there, especially Nate treat each customer with respect and care. They resolved all our issues professionally and reasonably priced. I woke up one morning and had 3 sensor lights on my dashboard and zero the night before. I had several friends recommended East Coast Auto Works, I decided to call them after reading there Google reviews and really did not want to deal with the BMW dealership on College Road due to some past experiences. I called described my situation they listened made arrangements for me to drop off car the next morning. Came back around 3 pm that afternoon, gentlemen said it was a sensor issue very easy to fix no problem you don't owe us a dime. I appreciate the teams professionalism, character and integrity. You just gained a new customer and I will spread the word. Thank you again. I'll be back.

Nate and Alec and the mechanics at ECEW are the easiest repair shop I’ve ever worked with. Their professionalism, communication, transparency, and willingness to answer ANY question is beyond outstanding. I’ve owned 8 VWs across the Midwest and east coast - it can be challenging to find a great German auto shop. I had an ECM “gremlin” issue that the dealership didn’t correct 5 years ago. Rather than dismiss my concerns because the gremlin was hiding when I took her in, the team at ECEW dug deeper and through extra trouble shooting, found the issue and corrected it. Not a hiccup since and I’m their customer for life and my next 8 VW’s. Even have my BF sold on using their shop for his fancy BMWS.

I have been getting my 2016 BMW serviced at EuroWorks since 2022. The team is extremely professional, efficient, & reliable with any work I have ever brought my vehicle in for. Their pricing is transparent, and the best deal that I have found in the Wilmington area.
Nate was a huge help in getting my vehicle in and serviced in a timely manner with consistent communication and updates on my services. They also have loaner vehicles based in availability for customers & that was a huge help and lifted burden. Wesley is absolutely my hero! He took such good care of me and when I learned I needed a new radiator, which was very costly. He went way above and beyond to be sure he kept me within my budget, while still fixing my car. He was so kind, thoughtful, professional and caring. And, when I got in my car it was so clean and smelled great! A very bummer repair turned into a shop we will use for a life because of how thoughtfully I was treated. This shop used to be my go-to about five years ago and did great work on my older BMWs. Unfortunately, something has clearly changed, and not for the better.
I brought my BMW in for what should have been a very straightforward job: replacing a flex disc. Instead, the transmission mounts were installed incorrectly — backwards — something I had to point out myself. That mistake ultimately led to damage to the transmission. To their credit, they did fix the transmission, but the situation ended up costing me significantly more money. During the repair, they even suggested reinstalling my old clutch, which was already out, rather than replacing it — not acceptable in my opinion.
Despite this experience, I continued to use the shop and even referred family members. That turned out to be a mistake. My cousin was repeatedly overcharged and they were unable (or unwilling) to fix something as basic as an oil drain plug. The BMW dealer resolved the same issue for him in a matter of hours and at a very reasonable cost.
Between incorrect installations, unnecessary costs, and an overall lack of attention to detail on simple repairs, I no longer have confidence in the quality of work being done here. Referrals to friends and family have stopped.
Disappointing, especially considering how good this shop used to be.

East Coast Euro Works has been taking care of my Mercedes and BMW for the past year and a half. Nate has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I find them to be honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend them. Their prices are very reasonable and much more competitive than the dealer.
