After three years of reliable service, my dehumidifier suddenly stopped working, prompting me to reach out for repairs. Like many service calls, scheduling was a bit of a challenge, but I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism displayed by the company. They made every effort to accommodate my needs, and I was able to secure an appointment for the very next day! The day before the technician was set to arrive, I received a call to gather essential information, ensuring that if my dehumidifier needed replacing, a new unit would be ready for installation right on the van. I also appreciated the courtesy of a call 30 minutes prior to the appointment, which helped me prepare. When the technician arrived, he quickly assessed the situation, tested the unit, and without hesitation, replaced it. He was not only knowledgeable but also polite and professional, taking the time to answer all my questions as he worked. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by this company and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Michael conducted an annual maintenance inspection on some work that was completed last year. He was particularly helpful in outlining potential solutions for a different issue I'm currently facing, detailing the amount of work required and providing a clear breakdown of the costs involved. Given my previous positive experience with JLB Basement Waterproofing & Foundation Repair LLC, where they delivered excellent results, I feel confident in choosing them for this new project as well. Their professionalism and expertise make it easy to trust them with my home repairs.

We had a foundation wall that was showing significant movement, and we were very concerned about the situation. The team installed wall anchors and carefully addressed the issue with a clear plan. They were professional, worked efficiently, and took the time to explain the process and expected results. The repair has given us much greater confidence in the stability of our home.
