My Mother had a house fire in 2018 , and this company was used to do the flooring, installation and refinishing. I was happy with the job and kept the number in my phone. My work schedule pushed the job a week later, but they stayed in touch, answered my million questions, and showed up this past Monday at exactly 9AM, as promised. The crew was very professional and got the job done. Two bedrooms, a living room, and hallway, in just 2 days. My floors are absolutely beautiful. I am already passing around pictures and getting referrals. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it. Superb service!

Highly recommended! My floors look GORGEOUS! They were professional and quick, worked around our move out chaos, and went above and beyond to make the floors look amazing. They sanded down the floors, repaired damaged planks, and made our kitchen and dinning room floors look new again. They even matched the shade of the floors in the rest of the house to keep a seamless appearance.

Do not do business with this company! Worst experience ever !
At first they painted my floors not the color I wanted then they charged me extra for staining the floors the color I picked in a first place and they put the blame on me that I chose different color !
Baseboards were awfully done !
They did not stain under my oven or fridge!

The gentleman who worked with me in the beginning for the estimate was awesome and polite. We had our floors re stained with a darker color and protective coating on top. Overall floors look great after I had to contact them multiple times for spots missed for darker staining & damages to other areas that shouldn’t have been touched. Plus the workers hit my ceiling in the basement and broke off a big patch of my dry wall but picked up the mess however did not report to us nor try to fix it. All our white floor vents were stretched and dented after our floors were completed even though our vents were brand new when they performed the work since our house had been completely redone inside a couple of years ago. I had also requested them to fix the vents as well but their solution was to just paint them which is not how you should run your business. First off the workers being professionals; they should have removed them or covered them before sanding & applying stain to the floors. Also I guess they figured we would not notice that they lacked taking off our shoe molding behind refrigerator but still sanded and messed them all up. I had to call and request them to come out to fix it and then owner treated us like “why can’t you just paint it & it will cost me too much to drive there”. Then when he showed up he decided to bring his girlfriend or wife to our house while he replaced the shoe molding of which should have originally been taken off and replaced with new since anyways we had already paid for in the quote for removal and replacing shoe molding. He gave my husband an attitude as soon as he arrived about why we wanted him to fix it. With that being said I will not be recommending this company to anyone. I also have areas of concerns such as areas gabbling open and waves in my floors.

I've very rarely been disgusted about an experience with a company, but I am with this one. These people seem like they're friendly and professional when you start a job, but beware-- the moment they start working and start to get money out of you, that all goes away. They created holes in my floors that were not there when the job was started (which I have photo and video evidence of), my floors are wavy and not level, there are places all over that we’re not even finished, and USA Pro Floors has done nothing but argue with me about fixing these issues. They even threatened to take me to court because I told them I would not make the final payment until the job was done (which is written into our contract). They told me that my family didn’t even need to get a hotel while they were applying TOXIC polyurethane. They claim to have applied all top coats in the same day, which is not the proper way to apply them. We had them come out and apply another coat, which cost us an additional $350, and they did a HORRIBLE job. I’m talking little pebbles, dirt, and hair are now fused into my floor because they didn’t bother to vacuum before applying it. I also now have cigarette butts ALL OVER my front lawn because they chain smoked and threw their trash in my yard. They are rude, unprofessional, and NOT AT ALL worth the money they charge. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else. The entire experience was a complete and total nightmare

I loved that they wore masks!
We had the hard oak floors on our main level refinished - stained and coated. The floors are beautiful!
The process took 5 days during which we rented a hotel room. The crew were on time for the project and almost on cost. There was an issue that had not been presented to us which, when it came up in the course of the work, needed to be revisited. The crew was responsive to our concerns and the finished product met our expectations.
The crew kept the dust to a minimum and were respectful of the home furnishings. The cost was good - we got 3 quotes for the project and USA Floors was the most reasonable.

Really great job on the floors. We were selling our home and our oak floors had been very lived in for about 11 years. Jay and his team came out measured the place the same day I called. They had me a quote the next day, and then started the project within the week and finished it ahead of schedule. The outcome was really really great.
