I’ve dealt with Brampton Furniture and Mattress a couple years ago for a sofa and was satisfied. Recently, I had to furnish a house and did go to other furniture shops before going back to Brampton furniture and I was given great advice on how to optimize my space to make it look more appealing. Gurpreet was a huge help to getting my place furnished. Delivery was on time and I definitely recommend them to everyone. There’s a lot of stores that are not n social media that show things that are actually something else when you go in person. Again, I’d recommend this store for sure. Pricing was good and quality is great.

I would not recommend this seller if you are looking for customized furniture.

We ordered an L-shaped sofa—one of the two premium models prominently featured in their showroom and on their Instagram and Facebook pages as “fully customizable.” We requested only minor, straightforward changes (a different color and the addition of an ottoman at extra cost), and were assured that our expectations would be met.

However, upon delivery, the sofa was missing key design features—specifically the low back and side panel design—which were the primary reasons we selected this premium custom model. Despite raising these concerns, we were reminded that the sale was “final,” leaving us with a product that did not match what we had chosen or been promised.

After multiple exchanges and repeated assurances, we were presented with a “resolution” that ultimately required compromise on our end, as correcting the sofa to the originally agreed design was deemed not financially viable for the seller. Even after proceeding with their proposed solution, the result remains far from acceptable.

The sofa still does not resemble the one we selected, and the workmanship is poor—particularly in the back seat cushions, which appear to have been hastily and cheaply reworked. The inner cushioning is torn in multiple places, with loose and uneven filling, significantly affecting both comfort and appearance.
It is also important to note that this was not a budget purchase.

For the amount paid, we could have chosen a non-customizable sofa from a reputable retailer with far better quality and customer service. That makes this experience even more disappointing.

Giving 2 stars as they did attempt to make it right; however, the outcome ultimately reflects disappointing workmanship from their manufacturer/factory.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. We would not recommend this seller and would not do business with them again.

Great store to buy your furniture. Prices are Definitely the best as compared to other stores. They can also customize any style . Also style that I couldn’t find anywhere , I ended up finding it here. Their staff who delivered very nice people. Easy smooth delivery. Definitely recommend this store

The quality of products was just awful, we purchased a sofa in October, after a few months, in January, the sofa’s fabric began ripping. During the delivery, the deliverers scratched the floors and walls. I would not recommend anybody to buy their furniture from this place.

We purchased a sofa from this shop, and it turned out to be absolutely beautiful. There was a small issue initially, but their customer service was truly exceptional. The team handled the situation quickly and made sure everything was fixed perfectly.

First, I was blocked from the business’s original account, which prevented me from responding directly under my review. I’m sharing this here to ensure my side of the experience is heard.

My concern was never about purchasing an entire store for $799, as has been suggested. The issue was about what was verbally committed to me at the time of purchase. The full set that was discussed and agreed upon was not delivered. Instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding or working toward a resolution, the responsibility was shifted onto me as the customer.

My review was written only to share my personal experience and to encourage other customers to be careful, ask for everything in writing, and clearly confirm what is included before making a purchase. Transparency and clear communication are important in doing transaction with them.

There are many furniture stores in the market, and customers deserve honest service and clear commitments.

Guys be very very careful with these guys. They play smart. Always check your bill what they have written in it. They will tell you something else that complete set is included but in code words they put something else in bill and then blame you. What happened with me is that Revinder singh served us. Me my sister and my friend when to his furniture shop for bed set. He showed us a bedset and on display there was bed nightstand dresser and chest. Ravinder singh said that this set is on discount price. We finalized that set. At the time of delivery we didn’t receive chest. We called store and Jaspreet singh Ravinder’s partner picked called. I explained him the situation. Without even verifying he went rude. He first said that there is no chest placed at our floor model. We said there is chest included in your floor model. Then he changed his wording that chest is normally not included in bed set. I told him that no one mentioned us that. He when so rude that he said hor tuc ki bhalde oo discounted price ch. its not able discounted price. Its about what you said is included.

Next day i went to shop to talk to Ravinder Singh. I straight away denied about what is said at the time he served us. He went rude as well and said tuc ta jo marji kahi jauge eh included aa oh included aa.

Iam attaching photo of floor model jide vich Ravinder singh said this is the set and never mentioned chest is not included.

SUGGESTION…..AVOID THEM OR BE VERY VERY CAREFUL IN DEALING WITH THEM….

We bought a bunch of stuff from this furniture store. We bought two L shape sofas, tv along with bracket, and a reclining chair. Surinder and John was extremely helpful in helping us select the best product tailored to our needs. Surinder and John also helped us get the price for everything we bought.
