I just moved to Austin, TX from CA in Jan 26. . The staff at Palazios (Security, ladies, concierge, bartenders, dancers, waitresses, clients, etc)..... are authentic and 100% non judgemental. I felt like I was in my own castle, with gorgeous women floating around, willing to take time to
make me feel...... happy! I feel especially blessed to have Mia guide me, support me and comfort me in an authentic and uplifting manner. She showed me, that at Palazios, every person is appreciated, accepted and RASpected! Authentic energy, authentic acceptance, authentic authenticity! Not just exotic dancers, but community queens! One Man, one opinion, One Love!

Mia was my friends and I’s server this past Tuesday and all i can say is WOW! her hustle and ambition was incredible, and that’s coming from a group of sales guys! We honestly are jealous she isn’t working for us. She was kind, absolutely hilarious, and really seemed interested in us as people not just customers, asking questions about our company and our travels, etc. She was consistently engaging with our table with every drink poured, and all of her other tables, and never served without a smile and a good punchline, not to mention she was drop-dead gorgeous! Palazio is really really lucky to have her! We’ll definitely be coming to back to see her during our next Austin conference , she was the highlight of our trip!

Had a great experience at Palazio in Austin. The venue is clean, well-run, and has a great atmosphere. Staff was professional and welcoming, security was on point, and everything felt organized and upscale. Drinks were solid, the music was good, and the entertainers were top-tier. It’s my best friend Leo’s favorite strip club and Kris’ go-to spot—and now I see why. Definitely one of the better spots in Austin. Worth checking out.

First time here and honestly really impressed. Alyssa was our waitress, she took great care of us — super attentive and fast service. The dancers are beautiful and high quality, and the staff overall was amazing. Bartender Brad was a bad ass.

Had a great experience here. Came in here with my boyfriend and we had a great time. Alyssa was our waitress and the service was really good and fast — drinks came out quick and everything was smooth. They are very couple friendly here. The dancers are definitely high dollar and the whole place has a great vibe. Everyone we interacted with, from the front desk to the bartenders, was very friendly. Would definitely come back

Our server, Raven, was phenomenal—attentive, professional, and genuinely fun. The issue we encountered stemmed entirely from the bar. In this industry, if a server does not specify a liquor or spirit brand when ordering a drink or shot, it is universally understood to default to well. You cannot charge for premium liquor unless it is explicitly requested. If the goal is to upsell, train bartenders on proper sales techniques—but do not allow them to arbitrarily ring in top-shelf spirits. Not only is that misleading to customers, it poses regulatory and compliance risks. The bartender’s actions demonstrated a clear lack of fundamental knowledge and training. This is a bar operations issue—not a reflection of our server.

As for the entertainment, it was enjoyable but falls short of the standard set by Perfect 10. Too many dancers relied solely on their appearance without delivering any real stage presence or pole ability. A good body is not a performance. Only a handful showed true talent. That said, the naturally fit, athletic dancers were exceptional—the skinny girls carried the night. The BBL lineup underdelivered.

Food was a 10/10 and arguably the highlight. May return, may not.
