I am the property owner mentioned in Athena‘s review, and I believe there may be some misunderstandings. My own experience with this company especially with Carrie has been very positive. All of our communication with them was smooth and professional. They followed the proper process, kept us updated at every step, and never pressured us into making decisions.

Although their estimate was higher than the contractor initially proposed by the insurance company, I could clearly see in the scope of work that this company’s intention was to repair our fire-damaged garage in the best and most thorough way, not to add unnecessary repairs. From a landlord’s perspective, quality matters most because it directly impacts the long-term value of the property. I also understand that for tenants, time feels like the top priority, which may explain the difference in perspectives.

Every interaction we had with this company showed that they were working from the homeowner’s point of view and genuinely trying to protect our property. Their service attitude was excellent, and they always communicated with us openly. While I understand the tenant’s frustration, some parts of their description do not reflect what actually took place and may have resulted from a lack of communication.

Overall, I highly recommend this company. They have been dedicated, transparent, and professional in helping us through this difficult process.

I usually don’t do reviews, but this company exceeded all my expectations. My elderly grandparents had a flood in their bathroom. I found Jorge and his crew on a local community page. I am so glad I went with them. My grandparents can be very impatient so I really appreciated that they came out promptly. Jorge was so patient with my grandparents as they asked some of the same questions over and over again. He explained the whole process and time line to them and did not try to take advantage of them. He completed the job by the date he originally told them and did an amazing job. My grandparents and I are so happy with the outcome and look forward to working with Jorge again for future projects.
