We had to wait much longer than we were told we would initially. When the work started it was consistent and the workers were very nice and respectful. The work completed is extraordinary high quality and beautiful. They said they would be back to finish one part and they did come back and complete that. The time lapse did affect my overall review but I completely love my end product and highly recommend. I would totally use them again even with the wait time.

JB Plumbing is like having the old Mom and Pop business back. They are wonderful, prices are very good, no price goudging, and you are treated like family. They are also very willing to take on the tough jobs and get it done as well as be there for any questions or concerns. John and the rest are willing to take time and explain things and they are very good dealing with the elderly and handicapped. With them we know we found our Plumbing Company for our home. No more looking for us. You can't go wrong with JB Plumbing Group.

UPDATE: MUST READ!!!

HVAC JOB:

We recently had Luke and Brad from JB Plumbing & HVAC come out to replace our HVAC system, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. We originally hired JB Plumbing & HVAC for plumbing work, and they did such an outstanding job that we didn't hesitate to call them back for our HVAC needs.

Luke and Brad were professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and a pleasure to have in our home. The installation went smoothly, and they took the time to answer all of our questions along the way.

What truly sets this company apart is their commitment to customer service. The owner, Jeff, even had one of his team members drop off a window AC unit so we could stay comfortable while waiting for our new system to be installed. That level of care and attention to customers is rare these days and speaks volumes about the kind of company they are.

I highly recommend JB Plumbing & HVAC for all your plumbing and HVAC needs. Great company, great employees, and excellent service from start to finish. Thank you for taking such great care of our home!

PLUMBING JOB:

I had an excellent experience with JB Plumbing from start to finish. Their service is top-notch—from the friendly and responsive office staff to the knowledgeable crew that comes out to the job.

We originally hired them to install plumbing for our wet bar, and everything went smoothly. The very next day, we had a leak—but it was unrelated to the work they had done. Even so, they came out right away, assessed the situation, and didn’t leave us hanging. John personally called me to explain the cause and walk me through his recommendations, which I really appreciated. Jack also took detailed pictures of our septic tank so we could fully understand what was going on.

What stood out the most is how honest, reliable, and customer-focused they are. They truly care about doing the right thing and making sure their customers feel informed and taken care of.

Another huge plus for me—I can handle everything via text. Since I’m constantly on calls for work, that level of convenience is a game-changer.

They’re also very reasonably priced, especially for the level of service you receive.

JB Plumbing will definitely be my go-to plumber moving forward. Highly recommend!

JB Plumbing did an amazing job. The guys they sent were super nice people. They were very organized and appeared confident and knowledgeable of their trade, even with the task of multiple projects happening simultaneously. The process from estimate to completion was smooth and they kept me informed from start to finish. Would strongly recommend based on my personal experience with this company.

Jeff personally came to our home to discuss the emergency need of replacing our HVAC system. No sales pitch, just straightforward information and recommendation. With hours I had a quote and a tenative next day install.
The price was excellent when compared to other companies. Installation and the crew were efficient and knowledgeable.
The best part...LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED.
I highly recommend JB.

Highly recommend. Their technician John got my issue diagnosed right away. I needed a new tankless boiler and they got me scheduled and installed in less than a week.
The entire staff is friendly and no phone robots to deal with when you call.

We recently had the JB Plumbing/HVAC & Construction Division do work in our house and we are so glad we did! They always were highly recommended on Facebook and now we know why. Everyone that worked on our house were professional, friendly and took pride in their work. We were lucky to have Aaron Smith and his team of Brad A and John D and others work on our house. The project turned out better than we expected. Thank you so much for all your hard work! We will definitely be using JB Plumbing/HVAC & Construction again for future projects!

Great experience from beginning to end! We had new bedroom windows installed - and from scheduling the work with Megan, to Aaron talking us through the process, to the team showing up for the install - everyone was friendly, timely, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Will absolutely recommend and use JB again for future projects!
