Nav has a very warm disposition that is exactly what you need when navigating the many negotiations and relationships it takes to buy or sell a home. He's extremely knowledgeable on what to look for when buying an older home and freely shares this information-- we learned so much about what's behind the walls of a house and in the ground. Being from the Tricities, Nav really understood the different neighbourhoods and listened to what mattered most to us in terms of location. Working with Nav was the best choice we’ve made in a long time - easily the best realtor in Coquitlam!

From day one, Nav stood out as the most prepared and dedicated of the several Coquitlam realtors that I interviewed. Even in the initial interview, he invested far more time with us than anyone else and walked us through the market, strategy and the various neighbourhoods around Coquitlam - helping us eventually settle on Westwood Plateau and Burke Mountain.

Over the next four months, he showed us dozens of homes across Westwood Plateau and Burke Mountain and guided us through two separate offer processes with patience and care. Day or night, weekday or weekend, he responded quickly and thoroughly to our hundreds of texts, calls and emails, and never made it feel like an imposition.

Nav’s network was equally impressive. His referrals, especially his home inspector, were excellent and helped us avoid a potential landmine with one property.

When we eventually moved forward with a detached home on Burke Mountain, Nav fought hard at every step to get us the best possible deal. That continued after the offer as well. When the inspection surfaced issues, Nav pressed to have the seller cover what was fair.
