This was my first time at OBGYN Specialists in Burnsville. Everyone I encountered from the front desk, nurses and lab were wonderful. I came specifically to the clinic because I wanted to re-establish my patient care with Courtney James. I had seen her for several years at a clinic in Apple Valley. It was so lovely to see her again because she is personable, relatable, professional and everything she recommends works. Thank you always for exceptional care. It was a day maker!

I established care here just before getting pregnant. My whole experience was overall good. I think it would’ve been better had I been seeing Dr. Shibley or Dr. Witta for all of my visits! - Dr. Witta was my preferred doctor but she was due with her baby the day before me. I met Dr. Shibley when I was in labor because he was the on call doctor. I had a great experience with him! Just had my 6 week check up and can say he has the right balance of being personable, listening to your concerns, and answering questions with the facts! 5 star review for Dr. Witta and Dr. Shibley. Only complaint is the front receptionist and medical assistants are not always the friendliest - sometimes makes you feel awkward just standing there. I never thought this was the biggest deal until I started taking my daughter to park Nicollet for her pediatrician and audiologist and can 100% tell the difference! They are so kind and welcoming when you walk in the door. It truly makes a difference in the overall vibe of the clinic and your perception of the care you receive.

I just started going to this clinic because I followed my PC from a different clinic. Claire Rathburn is thorough and really considers the patient as a whole person in her care. She will order the tests or bloodwork necessary to either find answers or at least alleviate concerns. She takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. I cannot recommend her enough!

I will never come here again.
I came to see Dr Haakenson after she came highly recommended.
I saw her for one appointment before I was pushed off on another doctor.

I had to receive a biopsy and was given a prescription. When I went for the biopsy their equipment wasn't working, so I was forced to reschedule, rearrange more clients at work and given another prescription that insurance now wouldn't cover, so I had to cough up more money.

This was back in September. It's almost December, and I have since been receiving bill after bill. This NIGHTMARE feels like it's never ending and I am in tears.
