I went to Gold Country Hearing for an ear problem in preparation for a hearing test. I found out they also carry the brand of hearing aid that I wanted . Everyone there is so friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was especially impressed and pleased when I was able to wear my hearing aids home from the first visit! The follow-up visit was also very thorough, and all of my many questions were answered to my satisfaction. If you need help with a hearing problem, I definitely recommend Gold Country Hearing in Rocklin!

My wife read the paper i was asked to sign. She pointed out that I waived my right to see an ear doctor. That should have been explained to me. I was not comfortable with my not having a certified audiologist but didn’t want to offend the woman who was helping me. The hearing aids work done, but I would have liked knowing that an audiologist was helping me.

Never would I ever have thought that getting hearing aids would be a good experience. Yes, after decades of declining hearing, it was time. Amazing testing, and came away with the newest in technology while barely noticeable. My vanity in tact and now will be able to hear things I've missed for a long time.

Excellent experience overall. Dr. Hallstrom and her staff are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. My mom was experiencing hearing issues and after 5 minutes with Dr. Hallstrom she was able to figure out why my mom was not hearing anything. It was due to a clogged filter. She took the time to explain things thoroughly, educate us on how we should care for the hearing aids and answered any questions that we had. After being at my mom's appointment it made me realize that I needed to make an appointment for a hearing exam so I am all set to see Dr. Hallstrom and so are other members of my family. She is fantastic and I highly recommend Gold Country Hearing - Rocklin. Thank you for helping my mom.
