I highly recommend Aviv Plumbing!

We had an emergency toilet blockage the day before we were leaving town for a few days and were understandably stressed about getting it resolved quickly. Aviv Plumbing was fantastic — they sent Andrei out within a couple of hours of our call.

Andrei was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and had everything fixed in no time. Not only was he great at what he does, but he was also a pleasure to deal with during a stressful situation.

Excellent customer service, prompt response time, and quality workmanship. We will definitely use Aviv Plumbing again and would not hesitate to recommend them to clients, family and friends.

Why do things happen on a Sunday on a long weekend? It happened to us. Our Hot Water Tank bursted open. We called Aviv Plumbing. A technician came over right away. I had a funny feeling that it wasn’t able to be repaired. The technician went out of his way to even check at the Home Depots in my area for a particular part. He was not able to find the part. We knew it was time for a new Tank. Andrew from Aviv Plumbing managed to get us a Hot Water Tank installed on the Tuesday following the long weekend for us. Two technicians were able to come in the afternoon and install and take away the old tank and clean up. I would highly recommend the team at Aviv Plumbing.

Very professional and courteous. They were on-time and very efficient. This was my first experience with Aviv Plumbing and it will not be the last. The plumber offered to help with another issue - a faulty faucet aerator. This was very much appreciated. As I explained to the plumber, the plan is to replace the imported faucet completely with a Moen faucet. Aviv Plumbing will have that job and any other plumbing jobs. I also appreciate how the jobs are scheduled and billed.

I recently used Aviv Plumbing for a leaky toilet at my condo. From the first call I placed to them to get info on pricing, I felt comfortable. Andrew was so pleasant and transparent with the quote he gave me. The pricing was fair and the work was done to a fantastic standard. I think they actually ended up fixing some issues that were present from the very beginning, as the builders didn't do it correctly to start with. I will only be using these guys moving forward.
