Don’t be misled by claims of a ‘century-old developer.’ The building has countless recurring issues, apparent cost-cutting in construction, and extremely poor soundproofing. It’s shocking that you can even hear your upstairs neighbor using the bathroom — this is supposed to be a concrete condo.

I visited their new building in Metrotown, i was told they are super famous in Vancouver, by reading these reviews, i can see how .... They offer "low income housing" but as usual in Vancouver it's corrupted by money and fake advertising! Very disappointed and for sure i won't promote them !!! And with all the issue listed below, i'm happy that i'm not part of this building that will probably have water infiltration and other deficiencies very quickly as winter is approching !! Good luck to people that will win the lottery and have to pay 500$/month for parking LOOOOLLL

Recently moved into Highpoint in West Coquitlam, and I have to say the experience has been incredibly underwhelming—if not alarming. For a 50-storey tower, they only installed 3 elevators. Yes, three. One of them broke down in the first week. How could anyone think this is acceptable?

Security is another major issue. The locker room was broken into within the first month, and to our surprise—no security cameras or alarms were installed outside the building. That’s just inviting crime.

Worse, many presale buyers, were assigned parking in P6, where there’s a massive exhaust fan connecting from P5 producing a deafening 100 decibels of noise. It’s so loud that even inside a locked car, your whole head vibrates. I seriously worry for anyone with heart conditions or high blood pressure. If I ever pass out near that fan, I hope someone files a lawsuit on my behalf.

Customer service is no better. The developer inquiry takes forever to respond to emails, and if you raise too many concerns, they simply stop replying altogether. It feels dismissive and arrogant.

Don’t be misled by their “100-year-old developer” branding. The truth is, they sell because they price lower in less competitive areas—not because they’re better. If you had the budget, you’d likely be buying from Concur (e.g., SkyHouse), not here.

In short: Poor design decisions, bad service, and completely inadequate planning. Think twice before buying into the hype.

Company accepted application and sent a lease, to which I replied with a request for a change. Company came back after 11 (!) days with "the landlord has decided not to proceed with this lease". Almost two whole weeks, during which I emailed, called and texted about 25 times, to which the company did not respond to. Never seen anything like that, such unprofessional and deplorable behavior. Ask yourself, as a tenant, what would happen when there is water leaking from the ceiling, will I you be ignored for 11 days too?
