I have a great experience with T-shirt elephant. I ordered 50 baseball caps with a letter embroidered on them. First of all their turnaround time was amazing. They had my hats ready for me a week before the estimated completion date, which was great. The hats themselves came out way better than expected. The hats were an amazing quality and the embroidered letter on the hat looked amazing. I would definitely use T-shirt elephant again for custom hats or T-shirts.

It was important for us to go with a Canadian company. The quality of the shirts was great, however, I had to go with 2 different styles to get the colours I wanted (was originally looking for 2 off-white in male\female cuts, but had to go for a different colour altogether to get one of our brand colours in the male cut because there were no off-white). The design tools were simple and easy to use and gave some flexibility. The image reproduction matched our brand colours nicely.

Unreal customer service! Only ordered 1 t-shirt and they treated me like I was ordering 1000. Had a question and got a very quick response then checked in on me. I designed a shirt I’ve been wanting for months to celebrate my sobriety, the online design was super simple! I ordered matching t-shirts for an upcoming Mexico vacation for my whole family, a total of 13 tshirts, the first 11 came and were perfect, then I needed two extras and they came in a different color than what I had previously ordered, so I contacted the office and although they believe the error was on my part, and I thought theirs, Jason Sterling, Sales Manager, quickly rectified the problem and will be printing an additional 2 tshirts in the original color ordered. The delivery time is very acceptable. My first order came in under 3 weeks and the 2nd order was 13 days to receive, so very reasonable. The tshirts are great quality, thanks Jason for your help.

I honestly had a great experience with T-Shirt Elephant! I am starting up some Twitch streaming and wanted a hat that would compliment my jersey. I ordered this custom hat with a very complex logo and a month out until Christmas, and it showed up quickly, on-time, and with doing a very good job of my logo print - which I was very worried about when spending a decent amount of money for the quality hat and shipping. But man, not only does it look great, but if fits and feels amazing too! If you are looking for a quick and easy custom hat print option - and with a complex logo, these guys are a good bet.

Ordered a group of 15ish men's and women's T's with my own print design for family gifts. The product came quickly and the print was awesome. Loved that we could get Comfort Colours T's (soft cotton). 1 print was a little fuzzy and they reprinted it with no hassle. They even shipped it so it would arrive for Christmas (2 days!) super impressed and I will use them again, no question!
