Never ever get these guys to work on your projects they are not personal at what they do save you time and money please just look elsewhere.

I purchased a poly tarp replacement from them and they sent me the wrong size. I had asked them which one i needed based on the size of greenhouse we had purchased from them. They sent me one that was the wrong size and It immediately tore. They still tried to charge me and I refused. They finally apologized and said the employee I was working with was "no longer with them".

I also purchased a crank from them, and it broke just 4 years later. The GM said they have a tendency of doing that. In my opinion, a greenhouse company should be selling parts that last for the long haul.

I asked to order a new crank and hadnt heard back after sending the measurements. The employee gaslit me and said that his manager tried to call me several times the day prior. I sent a screenshot of my missed calls from the day before that showed zero missed calls from them. The manager responded with "I've been having phone troubles, strange I guess my calls werent making it through to you."

Finally I called yesterday to order the crank and he said hed have a quote by 2pm end of day. Still no email.

I will be taking my business elsewhere. The sales reps have not been honest, have dragged their feet, and their apology about sending the tarp and trying to charge me for the wrong barely an apology.

I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Don't bother with this team. I asked for a quote and it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard a word. Based on their reviews in the last year they've gone downhill. Find someone else if you want results.

Worse place ever they rip off customers we bought 3 green houses and they drilled all the wholes wrong we paid 15000 they said sorry u can return it with a 33 percent re stocking fee so basically they gave us 3 green houses that they screwed up and can not be put up and said ok return them and give us 5000 also who has ever heard of such a thing DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE
