Our company contacted Selectum to have a refractometer reprogrammed. An employee named Olaf provided a shipping address via email and instructed us to send the equipment there. We followed those instructions and shipped the refractometer, which tracking confirmed was delivered and signed for by a Selectum employee.

After months without any update, I followed up with the tracking number, delivery date, and name of the person who received it. I was then told the package could not be found and that the address provided was incorrect—it should have gone to the manufacturer, not Selectum. Nick, another employee, confirmed that Olaf gave the wrong address but stated they would not replace the missing equipment.

Since then, my calls have been rejected or disconnected when I request to speak with Olaf, and the company has stopped responding entirely.

Based on our experience, this company failed to safeguard customer property, did not take responsibility for providing incorrect shipping information, and has been unresponsive in resolving the matter. I cannot recommend Selectum for any service requiring professionalism, accountability, or reliable customer support.
