I recently had my annual eye exam at 20/20 iCare & iWear, and once again, the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

The office is always clean, well-maintained, and free of any unpleasant odors, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming.

Tina, the technician, was wonderful. She was friendly, patient, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly throughout the preliminary testing process. She made me feel comfortable and ensured I understood each step.

Dr. Pham, O.D., continues to be one of the most approachable and personable healthcare providers I've ever met. He has a way of making you feel like you're talking with a friend while still providing thorough, professional care. I had the best experience at 20/20 iCare iWear. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen to me.
