I called yesterday to enquire about getting a window screen replaced, and Steve was at my house within the hour to pick it up. We even ended up adding a sliding door replacement, that was also needed.
Today - I have a new living room window screen and sliding kitchen door - reinstalled by Steve, within 24 hours!
I'm 10/10 happy with how fast, efficient and reasonably priced this whole transaction was. I will definitely be calling Brackendale bug Screens again in the future!

Steve did a great job on our screen. It looks great and functions well. When they couldn't get the screen that we had agreed on they honored the original quote with an upgraded screen. Would recommend!

Steve the sales manager missed my confirmed appointment by over an hour because his alarm didn't go off and he overslept. Attempted to validate credentials through common sales tactics (we've done a bunch of work for your neighbourhood, etc).

Follow up after purchase showed none of the diligence to recuperate from this error and had to follow up with other staff from the team (who were more helpful) to get info regarding the order as to accurate timing of delivery.

Likely a one time thing, but left an incredible sour taste in my mouth.

EDIT: It seems like the team has responded to my review. He arrived at my door 54 minutes late for clarity.

I understand that he could have made a quote for me prior to coming, but physical items aren't really something you can decide on until you view them. Why do any shopping in person when you could get quoted everything online?

As to whether he responded to all my texts, there's a message at 2:01pm on Friday asking about your drivers ETA left untouched, at which point I called your office.

I too felt the rest of your team (Alex, call coordinator) did excellent work with the subsequent work. I'm just saying that a member on your team needs to work on his customer experience portion.

We received a pamphlet at our front door. We needed a small window screen replaced, and it was such an easy process getting Steve to do it. From scheduling, to measuring, install, and invoicing, was super quick, clear, and easy. I would definitely hire Steve again. Thanks!
