I worked with Anthony Nguyen on January 19th to sign the phase 1 contract. I decided to do more research on the company today and saw consistently bad reviews on the BBB. I emailed the customer service my notice of cancellation(had to send it like 4 times to make sure I followed their instructions so i don’t get charged $500). I did it within their 14 or 15 day window. I also texted Anthony to let him know I cancelled. He calls me shortly after and questioned why I’m cancelling. I tell him why. He scoffs and says “what 12 bad reviews in three years?” I told him I didn’t appreciate how he was coming at me and i already made my decision. he said that’s fine and we hung up. I thought he was very professional up until that point. He was very condescending in tone.
