I specialize in anxiety & self-doubt, relationship patterns & attachment, and childhood wounds & trauma. Many of my clients come in saying "I don't even know if what I went through was bad enough for therapy." If that sounds familiar - you deserve support. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic approaches. In plain terms: we work with the parts of you that are still stuck in old survival patterns, so change happens in your body, not just your head. You won't just understand your patterns. You'll actually start doing things differently. I see clients in-person in Guelph and virtually across Ontario. Megan is one of the sweetest and most compassionate humans you’ll ever talk to, and is an absolute joy to work with (plus their pup, Levi, is an absolute treasure. ask about him)!
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, is fun to talk to, will go the extra mile, or just simply be a gentle and calming presence while you explore your inner self, identity, and/or trauma… look no further!!
Also, Everworth counselling is queer friendly and extremely progressive, which is really nice in a field that is still largely heteronormative.
