Agent Heather Graves is an amazing person to work with!! She makes everything incredibly easy and really goes all out to make sure her customers get the biggest bang for their buck!! She is easy to get ahold of, very professional, and you can truly tell she loves what she does!! The best part of switching to Allstate was getting such a great agent!! If she left Allstate we would probably just move wherever she went!! Great company and even better agent!!

I haven't needed to use them but whenever I have questions they are amazing. I just walked in for a question and there was no wait and helped as much as they could. Their rates are also great!

I have had Allstate before for over 7 years & only switched because their premiums had increased I switched back, & I am frustrated that when I called an estimate cannot be provided more than a month an advance so I can budget and ensure the 6mo premium is available for auto pay. I pay in full to receive the discounts, but also the staff don't know how much the monthly premium would be if I chose to go that route due to the inconvenience of paying in full. I feel to avoid surprises they should be able to provide on going estimates so you can ensure it's still within your budget & ready to draw when the payment comes due and your able to select the best parent option for your family.
