It's Canada so it must be the Keg - it's our steakhouse. And for the most part they get it right. I've been to this location a couple of times and the food and the service has been great.

The steak is always great. If it's not to your liking, which is rare (no pun intended), they will replace it. No questions asked. And not just the steak. They'll make you a whole new plate. We dine at this location quite frequently and the one time we did complain about the service, the manager sent us a gift card for $100. No kidding. That's how serious they are about their service and quality. No restaurant will be 100% at all times, but of all the ones we frequent, this one is most consistently the best service and food.

Not a rebound review, Kat. My visit to Ruth's Chris was last year. I go to (this) Keg ALL THE TIME.

... and I mean that in a good way. The Keg is all about consistency. Their steak dinners are very predictable. They're always good, always reasonably priced, and the service is always spot on. On the rare occasion you fall through the cracks (poor service, poor order), they make up for it in spades. The Keg has always been a place I can count.
