Founded by Rajan Bains during the COVID-19 shutdowns, the company was started after recognizing that local organizations in Surrey had few reliable options for quality custom printing with fast turnaround at fair prices. The core services cover screen printing, custom embroidery, DTF heat press printing, and design assistance. Screen printing handles the bulk of production. T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, and workwear run through industrial presses using plastisol and water-based inks that hold up through years of heavy washing without cracking or fading. Every piece is inspected for print quality and color accuracy before it leaves production. Custom embroidery in Surrey is completed entirely in-house on multi-head machines with high-sheen polyester thread. Hats, polos, jackets, and corporate apparel all receive clean, tight stitching. Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count rather than color count, so multi-color logos don't automatically cost more. DTF and heat press printing cover what traditional methods cannot. Full-color artwork, photo-style graphics, gradients, and highly detailed designs transfer onto fabric with accurate color and solid wash durability. DTF is particularly effective for small batch orders, mixed sizes, and projects where each piece carries a different design. A design assistance service is available for customers who need artwork cleaned up, logos converted to print-ready formats, or sizing adjusted before production begins. Garment blanks are sourced from Gildan, Bella+Canvas, and Next Level, covering everything from budget-friendly event tees to premium retail-quality apparel with modern fits and soft finishes. Fresh Prints Supply Co. provides custom screen printing for businesses, branded apparel for corporate teams, school spirit wear, sports team jerseys, event merchandise, fundraiser gear, hospitality uniforms, and real estate team branding. Customers across Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, Delta, and Coquitlam count on the company for consistent results and on-time delivery. Every order includes a line-item quote with no hidden fees, a digital proof mockup for approval before production, and quality checks throughout the run. Local pickup is available at the Surrey location on 80A Ave, with shipping across British Columbia. Fresh Prints Supply Co. operates as a locally owned, locally run custom printing service where every order gets direct, personal attention from the team that actually prints it. Read more

My daughter had soccer training jerseys printed from Fresh Prints and they have lasted for years so I knew quality was topnotch. So when I needed a small quantity of sweaters printed for a work event, I knew where to go and Rajan exceeded expectations when it came to customer service. Great communication, extremely reasonable rates, and delivered excellent work.
