Today is march 10 about I we cal KFC place an order , they told us it will take maximum 40 mins but instead it was deliver 58 mins .The delivery guy left and we sat down to eat realising some stuff was missing , I rush out to inform to guy but he left already . We instantly cal the store department at albion/hwy 27 . Instead of they making special efforts to get our missing stuff deliver , the store manager trying to negotiate , "oh if u don't mind if u come any other day I will give u extra " I was surprise ! I insisted I need my order today she was still telling me ok then it will take some time to deliver like 20 mins , 20 mins now pass we cal back the store dept , speak to the manager again again she was trying to negotiate..... I insist I need my full order then again I was told this will take some time like 20 to 30 mins . I ask her I need ur employee number and name I need to make a formal complain she refuse to give me . What a unprofessional service there at KFC Albion rd /Hwy 27 , etobicoke .
