The Buma's are like family to me, very professionable and understanding. Jim went out of his way to provide the care and help that was needed. I used them when my Dad dies in 1982, again in 2022 when my Mom passed and in May of this year as my younger brother died. Cannot say enough about them. Robert Cook, Sutton, MA

Jim and his staff were professional and empathetic Jim was amazing. Took care of everything for us. If I called him he called me right back. Make sure that we were comfortable. Make sure that it was everything that we asked for. I couldn’t have had a better experience during this most difficult time in our lives.

Jim is a very gracious and caring man. Him and his family will go out of their way to help you in any way they can. When we had a difficult time after losing our sister, Jim took the reins and guided us. He and his staff made things very easy for us. I will never use another funeral home for our family needs. We greatly appreciate everything he has done for us and wish him, his family and his staff the very best. Thank you Jim!

This funeral home is absolutely incredible on every level. I have never met anyone that compares to the human that Jim Buma is. Not only did Jim respond extremely fast but guided us every step of the way. He is extremely detail oriented and took care of every possible thing we could think of without us even having to ask. I am making it a point to adjust my will and make sure everyone knows that when I am gone, they are not to hold my services anywhere other than here. Jim, you will forever mean the world to us and there are not enough words in this world to describe our love for this establishment and you! Thank you so very much for everything.
