We had an incredible experience with Michael and the team at MCC Inspections. They handled our full home inspection, radon testing, and sewer scope all in one visit, which saved us so much time and stress during our home buying process. The inspectors were incredibly thorough, walking us through the report and pointing out things we never would have noticed. Michael was incredibly professional, thorough, and attentive from beginning to end. He took his time during our home inspection and made sure to explain everything clearly to us, which gave us so much peace of mind throughout the process.
What really stood out was how detail-oriented and observant he was. He caught every little detail and never rushed through anything. You can truly tell he takes pride in doing honest, quality work. On top of that, it was such a huge plus that he was bilingual, which made communication even easier and more comfortable for us.

The inspector was incredibly polite, friendly, and punctual. He spent over three hours carefully examining every part of the home and showed great professionalism and thoroughness. His final summary was clear, patient, and very helpful, and he answered all of my questions without hesitation. I truly appreciate his excellent work and would highly recommend him to others.

Michael provided a quick appointment and came to scope a complicated downspout drainage system for my older house. His diligence and care resulted in clarity that allows us to plan how to solve our drainage problems. He provided a series of photos which greatly helped explain the flow of water and where broken pipes are located. He flagged all the areas and marked all the photos for clarity. Great communicator. Very helpful!

Uncovered major issues on a new construction home! We purchased a new townhome, built by DR Horton, and Michael of MCC Home Inspections came out to inspect the property. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We received a huge report, detailing every discrepancy, with descriptions and photos. Turns out the roof was actively leaking, with mold growth, and a gas line underneath the property was improperly installed and damaged. MCC Home Inspections seems to have the best prices, but more importantly, they are worth every penny.
