Kevin and the team at Patriot are amazing! They serviced our system last year and provided a solution that saved us a ton of money compared to what we were going to spend. Their customer service and communication is the best I’ve ever seen. You can tell why the company has been in business for so many years and thriving. Call Patriot for your desperate cooling needs without hesitation! They are without a doubt willing to work with you. AC completely broke down, no warning. Called Patriot without any referral, just a local search. Scheduled a diagnostic with the online app for early afternoon, same day. The service tech, Eric, was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. I needed a completely new unit (of course)! Can’t possibly afford that on a hot summer day. That’s when Nick, the financial advisor from Patriot, jumped in. He went through every option he could think of. He tried the regular financing available but my credit wouldn’t cooperate. Nick, the man with a plan, found a financial alternative that saved me money, time, and got me the best proposal available. They were patient while I found a way to afford a major investment, yet stayed with me for the duration to bring the whole thing together. Nick’s supervisor even helped by approving a slight discount to bring it under my needed cost range. He worked with me after hours while with his family (greatly appreciated!) After, compiling a workable agreed upon plan, Nick hurriedly scheduled technicians to come install it as soon as possible without hesitation. He also offered to personally deliver some cooling units to keep me comfortable in the meantime. I couldn’t be happier with Patriot at this time. If I ever need to recommend them or need servicing again, they will be the first company I call in Fenton.

Follow-up: installation couldn’t have gone any smoother! Aaron brought Seth with him first thing at 8:30 Monday. They cleaned out the existing units and Steve joined them by 9:30. I was comfortable and confident enough with them to leave them in my home for 3-4 hours as they treated the space as their own. The guys were friendly and respectful. At about 3:30 they finished and Aaron explained the thermostat to me, showed me the ease of filter replacement, and discussed care of the outdoor unit. He was so kind with my silly small talk. Aaron told me that cleaned up the flooring under the unit and made sure there were no small spaces for critters to get in. In the end, we made a credit card payment that day and Nick worked with us the next day to refund it and allow a check for the cash or check discount. Everything about Patriot is supportive, compassionate, and generous. I forgot I was dealing with a business and felt like I was part of a big family. Looking forward to my repeat 6 month service for the next 3 years!

A/C stopped working late afternoon with 95 degree temperatures. Patriot had us fixed the next morning! Our service technician Mason was professional, knowledgeable, and diagnosed our issue that could be repaired very quickly. Our house was cool and back to normal just in time for the holiday weekend! Craig, Kevin, and the team are top notch and put the customers first. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about this company! I already knew Nick when I first reached out, and he quickly scheduled a site visit just a few days later—very fast and efficient. Always a pleasure to work with Nick. He sent Tyson Eaton, who was fantastic to work with. He was honest, approachable, and more than willing to accommodate our needs. Always smiling, professional, and easy to talk to, he made the whole experience enjoyable. Patriot has definitely earned a long-term customer, and I’m excited to see the results of the new system installation!
