We have purchased a couple of rugs from them through the years. Last November we started a major house remodel on 80% of our home and late last year we went to Rug Land to look around. I ended up falling in love with a rug that matched my color scheme perfectly. I needed a 12 x 15 so they had to order that size. I was concerned it might get discontinued so we decided to just buy it right then and not wait until our remodel was done. We picked up the rug several weeks later and it sat in storage with all our other furniture until the remodel was done. We also went back a couple of months ago and bought a rug for another room. After seven months of remodel we pulled the rug out of storage and took all the plastic off and unrolled it and it was the wrong rug. We immediately reached out to the store and have passed several emails but have since been ghosted. It’s so disappointing because I needed to buy matching runners but will now need to find coordinating rugs somewhere else. For the record the rug we received is a nice rug but it has tons of green and green is no where in my color scheme. I posted the first photo I took of the rug hanging up in the store when we purchased the rug. The second picture is the rug we received with the green border.

If you’re in the market for a new rug or three, head over to Rug Land. But before you do that, find your favorite rug at one of the usual furniture store suspects. Take a picture and remember the price. When you get to Rug Land, ask for Eddie and show him your picture. Eddie will do a masterful job listening, educating, and helping you find the perfect rug among the store’s vast selection. And the best part, you’ll leave feeling good because you got the rug you wanted for a great deal, which I promise you, will be lower than the price you had in your head for that other rug.

Really great selection and service. He walked me around the showroom after taking the time to really understand what I was looking for. I found two fabulous rugs and couldn’t be happier. They even offered to customize the size and shape for me, just took a few days.
Showed me what Scotchgaurd to use and how to use it.
They took time and didn’t rush me. No pressure, just help.
Prices are stellar. I did my research in the area and this quality for this price is unmatched!

We purchased a rug for our living room from Rug Land a few years ago and it was a great find! Now it’s 2026 and we returned to Eddy at Rug Land for more help when we needed five rugs for our new flooring. This was something of a challenge as my husband and I have different design tastes.

Eddy used his experience to suggest rugs based on our style and the colors of each room. We never expected to find all five rugs in one place but WE DID!
