We couldn’t be happier with Puddle Pool Company! They are responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about providing great customer service.

The owners are very involved, and it’s obvious they take pride in their work and truly want their customers to be happy. Their technicians are thorough, knowledgeable, and never cut corners.

Our pool had a stubborn algae problem, and instead of treating it like just another service call, they stayed on top of it. They even stopped by between scheduled visits to check on the pool and make sure things were improving. We never felt like we were left on our own.

Their pricing is very fair, especially for the level of service they provide. It’s hard to find a company that combines quality work, integrity, and great customer care, but Puddle Pool Company does exactly that.

We’ve found our forever pool company, and we highly recommend them!

Being a Vacation rental Manager is great, but the biggest problem when we have guests is pool and equipment issues. Jeff and Meryl always come through for us. They are friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend trusting your pool with Puddle Pools. -Brendan, Run My Property LLC

Jeff at Puddle Pool Services of Naples went above and beyond to diagnose and fix an issue with our pool that others couldn’t figure out. We switched our pool service to his company and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Jeff and his team!

This is the best pool repair company in Naples by far. After working with several others, they’re the only team I’ve found that is consistently knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. If you need pool repairs, don’t hesitate to call them. Highly recommended!

We tried out a new company for our pool service and have been extremely happy! They were very responsive when we first contacted them. Jeff came out and was very friendly and professional. He took time to understand what we needed and why we were looking for a new service company. He explained all of his options - pool service, hot tubs, real estate inspections. Highly recommend them!
