I tried contacting several times, but no one responds with the query.Staff is also pretty rude if you give a review to them. They called me back and gave the information but at the same time taunted me saying people start complaining if we don't get back to them. Pretty bad services. Highly disappointed. Would never recommend

Responding to your response below...I called 3 times and I was always asked to wait for an hour but no one reached back. When I posted the review I got an immediate reply on my Whatsapp and a call where I was asked to remove my review.
And when I called again the prices were changed suddenly...also the staff who responded was very rude taunted me again for my review....this is highly disappointing....this is not expected when we call in to inquire....if you require any proofs of the communication/ correspondence that occured via call or Whatsapp...I would be happy to share that with you...as I was asked to remove my honest feedback/ review that I mentioned here.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Air Valet Travel. The booking process was smooth and super easy to follow. I found great ticket prices, and everything was confirmed instantly. Customer service was friendly and quick to help with my questions. The whole process—from booking to travel—was stress-free and reliable. I’ll definitely book with them again and recommend them to others!
