Dr Mir is extremely thorough. He really cares and knows his stuff. I was diagnosed with Neurological Sjogrens and he has been extremely helpful in my treatment. Since this is not a well talked about disease it was hard to find a neurologist that knew about it. Dr Mir knew all about it. He listened to me when other doctors would not. I’m now on the road to treatment thanks to him.

Dr. Khan is knowledgeable and professional with good bedside manners! I came in with a laundry list of symptoms. He ran some tests and even though they came back normal instead of being dismissive, he ordered different testing to get to the bottom of my case. I am beyond grateful I was referred to him.

Dr. Khan did a thorough evaluation for my daughter. He was patient and took his time making sure we understood the next steps for her recovery. We were thankful that she was able to schedule an appointment a few days after leaving the ER.

Edit: Changing from two to three stars, since I received a call and they apologized for the inconveniences they've caused. I still plan on going to my upcoming appointment, mostly because this practice and doctor seem to be well-liked overall, so I feel like they deserve a chance to redeem themselves.

Original review:
I've only seen Dr Khan one time (for chronic migraine), because all of my appointments since then have been rescheduled — I was supposed to have a follow up appointment to discuss my MRI and medication. I had to reschedule it twice for personal reasons (but did so multiple days in advance). One day before my actual appointment was supposed to be, AFTER confirming the appointment earlier in the same day, they called AGAIN to tell me my appointment didn't exist. So I rescheduled it for a week later and, once again, a day before, they called and said they needed to reschedule it. We'll see if they cancel this next one, too.

While the people who answer the phones (not the same people as at the front desk) are usually kind, it's a 50/50 chance whether they'll actually follow through with your request. I had to call three times just to get them to send in authorization for a prescription (they did eventually).

On a positive note: the people actually behind the desk in the office were lovely!
