I've been dealing with Kramer Industries over 10 years and I have been very pleased with their service. There's always someone on the phone that can help with questions and if they don't have an answer for you they make sure and get back to you as soon as they do have an answer. I purchase steel shot blast media from Kramer Industries as well as vibratory deburring media and they have some of the best prices around. I've read some other reviews and I see the distaste that another customer had over charges. I'm in business myself and I totally understand that rising costs on material is something we just don't have any control of because of what's going on in the world.

When I purchased the media blaster I had never attempted this type of project before. Kramer Industries helped every step of the way. They determined what blaster and media would be best suited for the project, they gave support when I had questions while assembling the machine and they called to check in weeks later to see if there was anything more they could do. Also, the shipping time from when I placed the order was very quick. I had the media the next day.
