Wonderful experience! Had about a 24 hour turn around time. Very knowledgeable and as a cleaning business owner gave me his thoughts on certain vacuums without being pushy. When I picked up my vacuum he explained what had happened and how he fixed the problem. Was very grateful I could get some more life out of my vacuum as I’m not ready to replace. Reasonable pricing and even better supporting small businesses. You can tell the owner takes great pride in his work and his shop. Will definitely be going back (hopefully next time because I want to not need to lol) and will recommend him to others that may need service

The owner is very nice and helpful, a very good salesman. He informs you about stuff but is not too pushy. He knows what is quality, and what is junk. May not be the cheapest, but prices are reasonable, especially for the service you get with it. Always able to find what I need, if it relates to a vacuum there.

The gentleman asked what my needs were. I told him we have a split level home so I wanted a lightweight vacuum. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive one, he sold me the one that would work the best for me. He plugged it in so I could try it and made sure I was happy. I'll definitely be back and recommend to anyone with vacuum needs. They also rent out a carpet shampooer and do repairs!
