Our sourcing refreshes several times a week through wholesale channels, which means inventory shifts with season and market supply. Spring brings tulips, ranunculus, and early peonies. Summer relies on imported Ecuadorian roses and South American stems that hold in Houston's heat. Fall adds dahlias and sunflowers. We design around what is genuinely fresh at time of order — not what is photographed online. When substitutions are necessary, we replace with equal or greater value and preserve the arrangement's color story and intent. If the change is significant, we contact the sender first. We deliver to gated communities across Memorial and Sugar Land with gate codes provided at ordering. We coordinate lobby access for high-rises in Midtown and the Galleria. For hospital orders at the Texas Medical Center, we follow ward-level protocols at each facility and design around fragrance and pollen restrictions where required.
