I usually make comments about the friendly staff you have however I have to make a comment on how many times mistakes on orders happen at your location. I haven’t complained previously however today another mistake. When you order a large latte and the cup is half full it’s irritating. I’m not driving back to town just to get it replaced. Unfortunately it seems the times mistakes are made is when it is less busy. Please look into this matter.
