We recently had Toronique redo both our front and backyard, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. They removed our old concrete driveway, installed new interlock walkways, built a gazebo, and took care of some drainage issues we’d been dealing with for years.

The whole process was straightforward from start to finish. The team showed up on time, kept the work area tidy, and were always polite and easy to talk to. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the quality of the finished work.

We’ve already had several neighbours stop by to ask who did the landscaping. It completely changed the look of our property. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Toronique again for future projects and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable landscaping services.

We needed more space for a growing family and didn’t want to move. Toronique designed and built a rear addition that gave us an extra bedroom, a bathroom, and an expanded kitchen. The process took about four months, which was honestly faster than I expected for the scope of work. The crew was professional and kept disruption to a minimum while we were still living in the house. The addition looks like it was always part of the original design. Couldn’t be happier.

We’d been planning our custom build for years and were nervous about picking the right company. Toronique put us at ease from the first meeting. They were organized, experienced, and genuinely invested in the outcome. The home turned out stunning — open concept main floor, finished basement, and a layout that works perfectly for our family. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. Worth every dollar.

Hired Toronique to build a triplex on a property I own in Toronto. The new multiplex bylaws opened up the opportunity but finding a builder who actually understood the zoning and permit requirements was harder than expected. Toronique had already done multiplex projects so they knew the setback rules, parking provisions, and unit layout restrictions without having to figure it out as they went. The build quality is excellent, layouts are smart, and all three units are fully rented now. They clearly understand both the construction side and the investment side of these projects.

Toronique is hands down one of the best custom home builders in Toronto. The team is professional, communicative, and genuinely cares about the work they do. Every step of the process was handled with care and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a custom home builder you can actually trust, this is the team to call. Highly recommend!!
