I had a wonderful first experience at Bite Better! The food was exceptional—my salad was fresh, delicious, generously portioned, and made with high-quality ingredients. It’s refreshing to find a place that makes healthy eating both satisfying and flavorful.

What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. The server was genuinely warm, friendly, patient, and welcoming. She took the time to answer my questions, made me feel appreciated as a first-time customer, and provided the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Great customer service like this is hard to find and deserves recognition!

The only small thing I wanted to mention is that I ordered through the app as a first-time customer because I thought there was a $5 off promotion for first-time orders. I don’t think the discount was applied, so I may have misunderstood how it works. It wasn’t a big deal and certainly didn’t take away from my overall experience, but I thought I’d mention it in case it helps other first-time customers or if there’s something that could be clarified.

Overall, this was an excellent experience. Fresh food, generous portions, and exceptional customer service—I will definitely be back and highly recommend Bite Better to anyone looking for a delicious, healthy meal!

I’m kind of obsessed with this place. It’s nice to get a panini or a fresh salad from a small business rather than a chain, and I’m so glad I finally went in! I like ordering from their site (just downloaded their app) and going to pick up. Simple, clean, delish food!

I tried it out today. I have been wanting to try this place for a year now It was a bust. The girl who made my salad had a nasty attitude She shouldn’t be working in anybody’s establishment with her nasty attitude. There weren’t a lot of toppings. The price is very very very high. I thought People were kidding when they said that on Instagram, but they weren’t. The salads We’re not good at all the lettuce taste bad The quality of the ingredients were terrible we ended up throwing it away. It was a waste of $50. I really wanted to like the place, but it’s not good at all.

I went for an early lunch and decided to get the turkey avocado panini. The sandwich was very delicious but the meat ratio was very tiny and what I thought was meat was huge amount of cheese. I think next visit I’d ask for more meat less cheese.
