This was a popular item, at least by me. The repercussions of dropping this item has it's effects in several areas.
1. the staff gets fed up telling customers "No it's not on the menue","No, I don't know what the reason is", "Send an e-mail"
2. Ordering takes longer as now I'm not sure what to choose and spent 10 seconds to 30 seconds deciding, and then sometimes I change my mind (more time involved) and some times forget it (time and income loss)
3. There is one great benefit, I now go to Tim Horton's more often.
