3 times they haven't put the caramel in my latte but my receipt says caramel latte soo frustrating never returning

Interesting to find these reviews. When i tried to contact the head office via email, they send you to a useless survey. So they don't really want to hear about their stores. Like many of you of late, we too have had bad experience. We don't eat there but where doing the drive-through for coffee. EVERY SINGLE time, they got my husbands coffee order WRONG. What is with them. 2 coffees, one is double double the other is black with 2 sweeteners. They even marked the sweeteners on the cup then then didn't put them in. My man has stated that we will never go there again, it is a shame as since the good service McD on Hartzel closed years ago, this is now the closest. Oh well their loss.

The employees of this location are the worst customer service people in the world!!! How is it that my wife and I go there probably more than most of the staff work and the still can't get my order right! As a former employee of McDonalds I know how the system works and this store doesn't do it right at all!

I love Mc Donalds but I hate the Welland Ave location. Everytime I go there they get something wrong. And of course I don't notice have my order is missing until I am already at home. Really frustrating. It is worth the gas money to go to a further Mc Donalds.
