Cashiers aren't allowed to get your food for you. They're not allowed to leave the counter. So there's always twenty people waiting for food, and 3 people getting food. Cashiers keep ringing in orders & people are clogging up the whole restaurant, just WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD. Absolutely a ridiculous system.

The restaurant was very clean including the tables.The service was excellent with very friendly staff. We enjoyed our meal and the design of the restaurant fit in very well with the old Niagara environment.

Im so sick of this mcdonalds. First they give me a BLT bagel with no mayo (WTF?)... then I ask for a quarter pounder with only cheese.. they charge me for it.. and give me a quarter pounder with everything BUT cheese... (Even says only cheese on grill slip and is in a quater with cheese wrapper). Over a week ago I got a Mcgriddle instead of a Sausage mcmuffin.. F this place
