Milton location always seems to be the slowest. In addition, it is always $.20-$.50 higher on everything then everything else. They don't participate in the coupon deals at Easter or Halloween - it's very frusturating. Hopefully another McDonalds will come into Milton for some competition.

The service is always very slow. Also, when I ordered the kids meals, the girl looked at me weirdly. I don't know what's wrong with her. My kids were not with me as they went to the washroom with my husband.

The food was standard for McDonalds but the restaurant was so cold you couldn't comfortably sit in it... our kids had to keep their hats and winter jackets on and they were still complaining about their hands being cold! The overall chill of the restaurant made it highly unenjoyable... and when we said something to the manager we were told that this is how the owner wants it.

I totally agree! On the other hand, maybe the manager never even spoke to the owner? If he did, that's pretty poor customer service that this MacDonald's provides! Thanx 4 sharing this.
