I went to this store June 10, 2011. At 6:05 pm I am waiting for my order on the first cashier line closest to mall entrance. A woman holding a pack or partly-consumed French Fries complained about the size of the Fries she is eating is smaller the one she paid for. The cashier agrees to give her another one. The most disgusting thing happened at this moment. The cashier take back the customer's partly consumed Fries and THROW THEM BACK TO THE FRESHLY MADE FRIES which was heating under the light. That means the next few customers order French Fries would take the left over of the discontent woman. I notify the manager at the store right at the moment. She only says "I will watch out for that", with no apology, no action is taken to throw out the French Fries which are being contaminated.
This is a very serious issue, which can cause illness and diseases to spread out. I wish McDonald Headquarter can send someone to teach and retrain the staff in this store to ensure customer won't get sick physically and emotionally by the way they run the restaurant. To be fair to the customers, this store should get a negative rating if there is such an option.
