Honestly cannot recommend Wellington Auto Glass enough! They replaced the windshield on my Mazda CX-90 right in our driveway, and the whole process was so quick and easy. Having them come right to my house was an absolute lifesaver. Traveling to a shop and waiting around with two little kids is always a massive hassle, so being able to skip all of that entirely was amazing.

The price was really affordable, too. They actually compared their option to an OEM replacement for me, which saved me an extra $1,000! I really appreciated how honest and helpful they were without any pressure.

Huge thank you to the team for making this so completely stress-free. If you need any glass work done, and are in the area, definitely use these guys!

I had an amazing experience at Wellington Auto Glass. I had a decent sized crack in my windshield and needed it replaced asap. I called Wellington Auto Glass for a quote and the pricing was very fair. When I was not able to bring my car into shop, Steven brought his tools to my house and tried to fix my car in my driveway, but it had to be taken to the shop nevertheless. Once at the shop Steven did a terrific job at replacing the windshield and it looked fantastic. I highly recommend Wellington Auto Glass for their excellent customer service and wonderful quality of work.

Contacted Wellington Auto Glass for a windshield replacement quote as my windshield got smashed from ice off a truck. Emailed them after hours and Steve contacted me shortly after even though they were long past closed. Quote was extremely fair and they were able to get me in the next day after I contacted them back. Steve was incredibly helpful and made the hole process extremely simple. The work they did was outstanding and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this team.

This company as a whole clearly reflects the values of a small business in a small town. 6/5 for overall excellence and leaving a good impression. Not bad for an autoglass place!

5/5 - Technician / People Skills
The technician working on the car had no problem dropping me off at home locally, and picking me up when done. He was polite, has no issues at all answering any questions, and didn't mind explaining the process at all. Best of all, he kept his word to ask his supervisor in detail about what needs to be done and called before doing anything, letting me know my options. Honesty and integrity up front, and no hidden fees.

5/5 - Work
Work was done in a few hours, maybe 3-4. Was told the Glass comes with a 3 month glass warranty for anything at all including stone chips or cracks, and a lifetime for work itself for seals and weather proofing. Hopefully it isn't needed.

4/5 - Value for Service
Overall value for service seems about right. I'd say high, but windsheilds aren't cheap, and compared to other local places, this is good. There are cheaper towards big cities but you will need to factor in getting there, so this isn't a bad option.

Cleanliness - 5/5
Very clean. It's a small place with a very basic setup. Keep it simple keep it clean. They do a good job at this and it shows.

Management 5/5
The Boss for this company has a very good reputation with the employees! Normally in an automotive environment you'd hear something negative. I really didn't, and that's impressive on it's own. It is a relatively small business with I think 3 locations now. The boss is known not to screw people over, to treat both the staff and customers well and to pay and charge accordingly. I'd prefer to stay local when possible and this company as a whole clearly reflects the values of a small business in a small town.

Location - 2/5
The only negative here, the location needs a big obvious sign. It's out of the way a bit, and isn't the easiest to find. On Google maps it is easy to find, but you'll get to the back of the building not the front. I'd recommend a bigger sign on the building to make this place stand out more, and maybe a sign near the main road advertising it.

Overall, Good place, small town vibes.

We were very happy with the service we received from Wellington Auto Glass in Fergus. Our initial communication with them was so positive and they were able to accommodate our schedule for the appointment. There was a minor issue but, we were so pleased with their quick response in rectifying the situation. They stand by their work which is often hard to find these days. We would have no hesitation in using Wellington Auto Glass again in the future.
