The company changed from Braden Group to Simple property but the staff and business or lack thereof is the same. I've been at this property for 8 years. The owner started using this property management company about 3 years ago. The entire 3 years has been a joke. They never answer the phone and communicates only through text. From placing info packets on the doors, to not being able to accept online payments. From lost money orders to threating eviction for their mistake. This company has been a headache since day one. I've never witnessed such lack of professionalism from a property management group.

Update: Like I said, the company was Braden Group 1st.

If I can mark zero, I will do it. Terrible experience. Don’t rent any apartments managed by Simple Property Management Company in Oklahoma City. I kept communicating with staff. They will charge extra fees and no help to deal with the issue. I will not consider to renewal the lease. Hope ppl who see this and not to rent apartments from them.

If I could give a zero I would,
would not recommend renting from this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing due to their lack of compassion and professionalism.

After experiencing a suicide in my family, I communicated my situation and requested just one extra day beyond my promised payment date. Instead of showing any understanding, I was met with repeated threats of eviction and constant pressure, despite keeping them informed. Being treated this way while grieving felt incredibly disrespectful and inhumane.

I understand that rent is due on time and that businesses have policies, but there is a difference between enforcing policies and treating people with basic dignity. The repeated eviction threats over being one day late felt like intimidation rather than professional property management.

If you're looking for a rental company that values respectful communication and is willing to show even a small amount of empathy during a family tragedy, this was not my experience. I found their approach unnecessarily aggressive, stressful, and completely lacking in compassion.

First off, great people to work with….very professional. Communication is fast—they usually reply within a few hours. Maintenance requests are handled within a day or two. Monthly statements are clear and easy to understand. SPM has always met my expectations.

Simple Property Management, it's all in the name, simple. They manage several of our properties with us having a hands off approach, gives us the ability to handle our own businesses and life without worry and all that a rental entails when things need to be fixed.

Have used them for several years with no issues. They respond quickly and follow up when needed. Maintenance is handled without delays. Financial reporting is detailed but easy to read and delivered in a timely manner. I’ve also never had an issue with filling vacancies. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
