We purchase and serve the same quality ingredients and products our customers use at home, supplied by brand name companies Canadians know and trust. Read more

The owner is a rude man. I observed as he approached an older man who had his leg up on the chair. The owner demanded he lower it, which the man complied with, but he then proceeded to berate the older man. Among the things said were "did your mother teach this to you" (keep in mind this man much older). The man got annoyed and stood up to defend himself by telling him, calmly, that that was not appropriate behavior and he shouldn't treat his customers that way. The owner then asked him if he was drunk, which came out of nowhere as the man was well-dressed, sitting next to a laptop, and drinking coffee. The owner then demanded he leave. The owners behavior was completely unwarranted which leads me to believe, given that the older man was of dark complexion, that the owner was either having a bad day or was discriminating. Either way, he was rude and brutish and should go back to pre-school to learn manners.

We took our granddaughter to this McDonald’s, because our granddaughter wanted to go play in playland, we sat there for 1 hour there was food on the floor, the tables were disgusting, there was paper and cardboards all over the place and the garbage’s were over flowing onto the ground and never once did someone come and clean or pick up any garbage or anything, instead the workers were all standing in the back laughing, flirting and having a great old time. On top of that it was 1h30p.m. There was barely any one there, it was not rush hour. No offence but when you go to a restaurant this disgustingness is the last thing you want especially if you have a child with you! We are not the first people to complain about this McDonald’s and this should be addressed because I worked in a restaurant and this is not part of the health and safety protocols. It was very unsanitary!!

I am a francophone individual and English is my second laguage, I was in drive thru and tried to order in french (Sudbury is one of 2 fully bilingual cities in ontario) and I was instructed that they had a "RULE" that they did not take any french orders, and then the crew member shut of the microphone, I was insulted, I never will return to this discrace of a "CANADIAN" establishment.
*Sorry for any errors in this review, as I said, English is my second language and I am very poor at speaking it.

I arrived at the location where I noticed the there was a large lineup at the drive thru. I chose to go inside to place my coffee order and for the second in a matter of three weeks I left without my order. There was only one person at the counter serving 8 clients. She had to take the orders, get the orders and in the process make more coffee and change the milk bag container. I had been standing there 10 minutes already and still had not had my order taken. The time prior was at the drive thru where I had placed my order and waited almost 15 minutes still waiting to pay when I finally decided to leave as there were still cars in front of me waiting for their order. Is this not a drive thru and a fast food place? So why is it that there are not enough staff to provide the service in a timely fashion for a fast food restaurant?

all i have to say is that this location is the most unfriendly, unorganized , and unsanitary restaurant , i have ever been to, the service was bad the food was cold and they mess up my order 90% of the time.

I'm a steady customer at the Regent St. location, and I really need to let you know your management is really something to desire.(not in a good way)
One day I saw one of your managers reming out an employee that had only been there about 3 weeks and you could here every word,I found this to be very unprofessional.
I would just like to say on the behave of this girl who is still with you, she has to be the most plesant, you are very lucky to someone like her working for you.

I was rather surprised at this mcdonalds. When i went there the place was fairly clean during it's peak hours and the staff was well kept. Staff was friendly- was pretty enjoyable compared to most mcdonalds i've been to

I was very disappointed with the new McDonald's Restaurant on Regent. Although the decour was up to date and well layed out, the restaurant was very dirty and messy. Food was left on the floor tables not cleared. We order Big Mac's. The hamburgers were cold and the cheese was not melted.
